About Ricci

The ambiance at Ricci carries an unassuming charm, blending rustic Italian warmth with subtle modern touches that invite lingering conversations. Lighting is soft but sufficient, capturing a cozy yet open feel that complements a variety of group sizes. While the service remains attentive and knowledgeable, it occasionally slows during peak hours—a small drawback amid otherwise swift hospitality that upholds the venue’s overall appeal. Scanning through Ricci restaurant photographs shared online reveals an understated elegance that matches its atmosphere in person, reinforcing expectations for a genuine dining experience.

Among the diverse offerings, certain dishes exemplify a thoughtful balance of traditional and innovative Italian flavors, with fresh ingredients that seldom disappoint. Signature plates stand out for their precise seasoning and artful presentation, although some entries on the Ricci menu may lack consistency depending on the day’s preparation. The choice of local wines enhances the meal well, contributing to a harmonious pairing that elevates the palate. Previous patrons’ reviews often highlight both the memorable taste and occasional variation, suggesting that while the kitchen takes creative liberties, it generally honors culinary roots.

The neighborhood setting complements the restaurant’s character, creating a casual backdrop for those exploring Martina Franca’s culinary scene. Competitively priced, Ricci balances quality and value, even if the space can feel slightly cramped during busy periods, which slightly impacts comfort. For prospective guests researching Ricci reviews, the mixed feedback underscores a place that excels in authenticity and flavor, if not perfection in every facet. Ultimately, Ricci’s multifaceted nature makes it a noteworthy consideration rather than a flawless destination—ideal for diners open to experiencing the rhythms of a local Italian eatery.

We was at Ricci for New Year's. I normally don't write reviews, but the food was delicious and the service was extraordinary. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Good pizzas at a very affordable price. The pizza menu goes on on several pages - most of them with meat but you'll find a couple of classic vegetarian pizza options if you search for them. And last but not least, the tiramisu was also good. What more can you ask for?

Ok, 54 different pizza's. I haven't tried them all, but if they are anything like the ones we had, you can't go wrong. This place is famous for their pizza's (obviously) and their selection of roasted meat. It's big. Lots and lots of tables. A big dining area in the back. Tables outside, both covered and uncovered. More tables in the Trulli as well. Used for parties as well. We came in on a Saturday evening without reservation around 8PM and were lucky, because this place was packed and I now understand why. The outside area where you enter from the parking is very pretty, with nice lights around the roofs and trees. Most of the tables and plastic chairs outside are not the most stylish, but the food and the friendly team (both waiters and kitchen staff) easily make up for that. Also, prices are very low for this quality. Go here for a great evening.

Ricci for is was an absolute amazing experience Ricci is set on a historic piazza. Where you’re able to sit outside or inside, we chose to sit inside. The pizzas we had would have to be the best so far since arriving in Italy, almost three months ago from Australia. The Diavola had a real kick to it. The pizza base was incredibly tasty, perfectly cooked. The service was first class, friendly, helpful and of course professional. Italians pride themselves on their food and with Ricci it’s perfectly executed. Couldn’t recommend Ricci any stronger.
